• Role: Trainee (Full-time) – Manual Testing
• Education Qualification:
• Fresher – 2024 BE (Mechanical/CSE/ECE/IT), B.Tech/MCA
• Work Location:
• Wipro, Building 2, Candor Techspace, IT/ITES, SEZ, Tikri, Sector-48, Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana
• Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• Transport: Two-way transport provided
• Service Agreement: 12 months

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Tasks:

• Configure Wipro’s proprietary systems to meet client-specific requirements using specialized tools and tables.
• Prepare test cases and data, and execute test plans based on guidance from Solution Architects.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate configuration and testing of Wipro systems to align with client needs.
• Support human resource functions by leveraging programming skills, logical reasoning, and analytical expertise.

Required Skills and Expertise

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Proficient in SQL, including writing simple to complex queries.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Advanced analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

Communication Skills:

• Exceptional oral, written, and listening communication skills.
