Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • 10th Standard: 60% or above
  • 12th Standard: 60% or above
  • Graduation: 60% or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 or above (as per university guidelines)
  • Open school/distance education is allowed only for 10th and 12th

Other Requirements:

  • Year of Passing: 2025
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Compulsory) or M.E./M.Tech – 5-Year Integrated Programs
  • Branch of Study: All CS/IT and Circuital branches only
  • Maximum 3 years gap in education (between 10th and graduation start) allowed
  • No gap during graduation – must be completed within 4 years
  • Degree must be full-time and recognized by the Central/State Government
  • Candidate must be 18+ years at the time of registration
  • Citizenship: Indian citizens, or PIO/OCI card holders (if holding foreign passport); Bhutan/Nepal nationals must provide citizenship proof
  • Backlogs: Must be cleared along with the 8th semester
  • 3-month cool-off period required if appearing for Wipro assessment again

Designation & Compensation

  • Role: Project Engineer
  • Package: INR 3.50 LPA (Elite)
  • Service Agreement: 12 months post-joining @ INR 75,000 (pro-rata basis)

Selection Process

Every eligible candidate must clear an online assessment, followed by interview rounds:

Round 1 – Online Assessment

  • Aptitude Test: Logical, Quantitative, Verbal Ability
  • Written Communication Test: Essay writing
  • Programming Test: Two coding questions (Languages: Java, C, C++, Python)

Round 2 – Voice Assessment

  • English communication (voice-based) evaluation

Round 3 – Business Discussion

  • Technical and managerial interaction to assess suitability


Key Terms & Conditions

  • Participation in the hiring process is at Wipro’s discretion.
  • After clearing the assessment, candidates must pass voice and business discussion rounds to receive a Letter of Intent (LOI).
  • LOI-accepted candidates must complete pre-skilling training to receive the final offer letter.
