🎯 Role Purpose

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you will design, execute, and automate test cases to ensure our products, platforms, and solutions meet 100% quality assurance parameters before deployment at client sites. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in software testing and quality assurance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and design accurate, testable test cases.

• Prepare and implement test plans using model-based testing.

• Collaborate with the development team to capture and validate test scenarios.

• Execute manual and automated test cases; identify and report defects.

• Automate test lifecycle processes using VB macros, scheduling, and GUI automation.

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks and dashboards.

• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support defect tracking.

• Prepare and share test status dashboards with stakeholders after each cycle.

• Provide usability and quality feedback to improve product/serviceability.

• Ensure timely, professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
