Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the firm’s Post Trade Platform tools, including reference data management, trade capture, reconciliation, P&L, trade cost management, surveillance, compliance, and regulatory systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver reliable, scalable, high-performance software solutions.
• Drive technological innovation in middle-office and back-office systems.
• Participate in architectural design, coding, testing, and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science from a top-tier institution.
• 0–3 years of experience in software engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and Java; familiarity with shell scripting and Linux systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch) databases.
• Prior experience in electronic trading or exposure to financial instruments (equities, FX, futures, options, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
