Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical Engineering)
Location: Across India
Batch Eligible: 2023 & 2024 Pass-outs

Academic Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidate must have completed BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 2023 or 2024 as a regular scholar from an institution approved by UGC and recognized by AICTE.

2. Minimum 65% aggregate in:

   • 10th / SSC

   • 12th / HSC (if applicable)

   • Diploma (if pursued)

   • Engineering (all subjects considered)

3. If the candidate has done Diploma after 10th, a minimum of 65% in Diploma is mandatory.

4. If both 12th and Diploma are completed, 65% in both is required.

5. No backlogs at the time of selection process.

6. Candidates should not have appeared for score improvement in any academic program.

7. Maximum 1-year academic gap is permitted between any two courses since SSC.

Other Conditions

• This drive is only open for Mechanical Engineering graduates who completed their course in 2023 or 2024 and hold a Provisional Degree Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet.

• Not open to candidates who graduated prior to 2023.

• Academic scores must be entered in percentage (%) only. If your university provides CGPA, convert it as per official guidelines. Entering CGPA will make you ineligible.

• Any incorrect information submitted will lead to withdrawal of offer or termination of employment.

Selection Process

1. Online Registration – Candidates will receive a Registration ID & PIN on their registered email (check spam/junk folders).

2. Virtual Proctored Online Test – Within 1–2 weeks of registration.

3. Face-to-Face Interview – At designated Tech Mahindra offices.

4. Evaluation Stages – The recruitment process has 5 stages, each stage acts as a filter.

5. Onboarding – Phase-wise onboarding as per business requirements.

Important Notes

• Candidates who have appeared in Tech Mahindra fresher drives (campus or off-campus) in the last 6 months are not eligible. A clear 6-month gap is required between attempts.

• Candidates must be flexible to work in an agile environment, on any project, at any location, and in shifts.

• No reimbursement will be provided for any expenses incurred during registration or appearing for the test.

• Tech Mahindra does not charge any recruitment fee nor engages third-party agencies for hiring.
