Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and curious minds to join our engineering team as Associate Software Development Engineers (aSDEs). This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about backend development and are eager to contribute to building high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems. You will work closely with experienced engineers and get hands-on experience with modern technologies like Java, Go, Kafka, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, AWS, and more.

As an aSDE, you’ll be part of a dynamic team solving complex engineering problems that power real-time systems used by millions. You’ll grow fast, learn continuously, and contribute meaningfully from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend systems using Java and Go.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design and build scalable features.
• Work with infrastructure tools such as Elasticache, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Participate in architecture discussions and system design reviews.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
• Monitor and debug systems to resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate for best engineering practices.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Batch: 2024 or 2025 graduates preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Java and/or Go programming languages.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of distributed systems, message queues, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for learning new tools and technologies.
