Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of user stories and features, from conception to production deployment.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
• Develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible frontend interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Build and integrate secure, high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and Java 11+.
• Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and DevOps practices.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, secure development guidelines, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, support continuous learning, and mentor junior engineers.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

We’re looking for someone who not only brings deep technical knowledge but is also curious, collaborative, and passionate about user-centric development.

Technical Must-Haves:

• 0-3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and related back-end technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (or Angular/Ember), with a clear understanding of SPA development.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Good understanding of database design, with experience in MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle DB.
• Familiar with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Solid understanding of secure coding, unit testing, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in containerization with Docker; basic understanding of Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
