Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of user stories and features, from conception to production deployment.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
- Develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible frontend interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Build and integrate secure, high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and Java 11+.
- Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and DevOps practices.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, secure development guidelines, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, support continuous learning, and mentor junior engineers.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
We’re looking for someone who not only brings deep technical knowledge but is also curious, collaborative, and passionate about user-centric development.
Technical Must-Haves:
- 0-3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and related back-end technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (or Angular/Ember), with a clear understanding of SPA development.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Good understanding of database design, with experience in MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle DB.
- Familiar with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Solid understanding of secure coding, unit testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience in containerization with Docker; basic understanding of Kubernetes is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is an added advantage.
Soft Skills & Core Competencies:
- Ability to work in fast-paced Agile teams with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- Passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong accountability and time management skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- Certifications in Full Stack Development, Cloud, or DevOps are advantageous.
