Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support solution delivery. Ideal for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about technology, problem-solving, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through client meetings, workshops, and research.
• Analyze existing business processes and suggest technology-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, implementation) to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and user documentation.
• Participate in product demonstrations and client training sessions.
• Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
• Support QA processes by validating solutions against requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Interest or prior exposure to industries such as Pharmaceutical or FMCG.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
