Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

Perform intermediate system configuration and customization
Perform intermediate installations of tools to support development
Status reporting within our DevOps tools
Learn Azure/AWS stack and work with tech leads in resolving issues
Perform intermediate system administrative responsibilities
Provide client support, including troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancements
Perform Data Migration (Data Analysis and Migration using an ETL process)
Commit to meeting customer service metrics and Service Level Agreements
Manage requirements from multiple clients concurrently
Work with diverse and cross-cultural teams
Contribute to internal programs and tool building

The Essentials – You Will Have:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
CGPA 7.0 and above
Understanding of AWS or Azure cloud environments
Ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines
Experience developing in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL, or related languages
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and MS SQL Server
Familiarity with multiple OS platforms (Linux, Windows)
Experience in software development practices and technical documentation
