As an Associate Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring software quality and reliability across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and release teams to design, execute, and automate tests that ensure smooth and error-free product releases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Write and maintain automated test scripts based on project requirements.
Create, manage, and execute test suites for various modules.
Perform detailed test execution and maintain test result documentation.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure product quality.
Provide support during production releases and deployment cycles.
Deliver regular test execution and defect status reports.
Participate in continuous testing improvements and automation strategy discussions.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Git for version control.
Proficient in Cypress using TypeScript or JavaScript.
Practical knowledge of Selenium with Java.
Familiar with Yarn package manager for managing dependencies.
Understanding of Docker containerization and its use in testing environments.
Experience working with Visual Studio for test script development.
Exposure to bug tracking tools like JIRA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in software testing or QA automation.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
