Role & Responsibilities

We’re seeking dynamic, problem-solving enthusiasts ready to dive into the heart of our systems and help build robust, scalable solutions.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Tackle and solve intricate problems from the ground up.
  • System Design: Build scalable, sustainable, and secure systems with user delight in mind.
  • Innovation: Propose and implement new practices, architectural choices, and initiatives to enhance our tech stack.
  • Ownership: Take charge of the technical roadmap for specific systems or components.
  • Server-Side Expertise: Work with server-side architecture, including APIs, databases, and infrastructure systems.
Skills & Education Requirements
Education:
  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Equivalent hands-on experience or certifications in software development, system design, or related areas are also welcome.
Technical Skills:
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript.
  • System Architecture: Experience or familiarity with server-side systems, including API design, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Scalability and Security: Ability to design scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex technical challenges.
Soft Skills:
  • Ownership: Willingness to take charge of projects and components, driving them to completion.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Innovation: Ability to think creatively and propose new ideas or solutions.
Good-to-Have:
  • Prior internship or project experience with complex systems.
  • Knowledge of modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
  • Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
