Qualification: Arts and Science Undergraduates / Postgraduates – 2024 & 2025 Passed Out Only
As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and delivering high-quality data
to support NielsenIQ’s global operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
timely and accurate data flow while continuously identifying process improvement opportunities.
This position is best suited for analytical thinkers with strong communication skills and a passion for
data-driven problem-solving.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle large volumes of market research data — collating, cleansing, and validating for accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Prepare and visualize data reports for internal and client teams.
- Understand end-to-end data flow and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate data outputs with high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with teams across regions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Develop an understanding of upstream and downstream data processes to improve efficiency.
- Adapt to changing business priorities and maintain flexibility across various work shifts.
- Demonstrate initiative in learning new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- Business Information Systems or Information Technology
Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Fresh graduates from 2024 or 2025 batches are encouraged to apply.
Selection Process
Stage 1: Application Screening
All applications will be reviewed based on eligibility criteria and academic background.
Candidates who meet the basic qualifications will move forward to the next stage.
Stage 2: Aptitude & Analytical Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will undergo an online assessment testing logical reasoning, numerical aptitude, and basic data interpretation skills.
Stage 3: Technical/Functional Interview
Qualified candidates will be invited for an interview focusing on data handling, analytical reasoning,
and understanding of data operations or research processes.
Stage 4: HR Interview
The final round evaluates your communication skills, cultural fit, and enthusiasm to join NielsenIQ’s
global operations team. Offer letters will be extended to selected candidates post this stage.
