Mphasis Hiring Trainee | Pune

As a Trainee Technician – Premium Processing (PP), you’ll support the daily operations of the PP team to ensure the delivery of an effective, high-quality service. You’ll work to agreed SLAs and KPIs, completing allocated tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to compliance standards. This entry-level role offers a great opportunity to grow in the insurance services domain with full training and career development support.

Location: Pune (Hybrid – up to 50% WFH)

Reports to: PP Team Leader
Entity: Mrald (Mphasis’s dedicated UK Insurance operational services delivery vehicle)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned premium processing activities accurately and on time.

• Escalate issues/questions to Senior Technicians when required.

• Actively engage in feedback and ongoing personal development.

• Support the team in achieving SLA & KPI targets.

• Adhere to company compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.

• Successfully complete training and assessments assigned by the Compliance and Training teams.

🎓 Skills & Experience

Must Have

• Degree-educated (any discipline).

• Awareness of insurance and its role for businesses.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Eagerness to learn and adapt.

Preferred

• Experience within the financial services industry (insurance preferred).

• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

• Ability to work autonomously across diverse business operations.
