Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Electronics Engineering graduates to join our Component Engineering team in Chennai as Trainees under the NAPS program. This structured, one-year training opportunity provides hands-on exposure to real-world EMS projects, guided by seasoned industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in selecting and validating electronic and mechanical components based on technical requirements, availability, and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain and update the component library database with accurate specifications, datasheets, and lifecycle data
- Ensure components comply with global industry standards and environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH)
- Identify and recommend alternative/equivalent components in case of obsolescence or shortages
- Support cross-functional teams and contribute to ongoing engineering projects
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management in alignment with your training goals
Who Can Apply
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects are also considered)
- Interest in Component Engineering, Electronic Design, and Manufacturing Processes
- Basic understanding of electronics components, datasheets, and industry standards is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
