The Impact You Will Be Making:

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Intern to join our team working on Agent Studio. This role offers hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving world of Generative AI, focusing on validating the quality and behavior of autonomous AI agents. You’ll help ensure that our AI systems perform reliably, safely, and intelligently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and document test plans for validating AI agent reasoning, planning, and decision-making.
• Test complex, multi-step workflows managed by GenAI agents across enterprise use cases.
• Identify and document defects related to hallucination, poor tool selection, or memory issues.
• Contribute to developing and refining test scenarios and edge cases.
• Maintain detailed QA documentation and provide actionable feedback to engineering and research teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI/LLMs and their non-deterministic behavior.
• Foundational knowledge of QA principles and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and writing defect reports.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience testing APIs (e.g., Postman) or conducting load testing.
• Interest in automating QA for LLM responses and generative outputs.
