Job Description
Role Designation: Technical Support (L1.5)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1.5 technical support for service restoration and request fulfillment.
- Analyze and resolve system issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate across teams for best-effort resolution and escalations.
- Proactively learn and develop technical skills to resolve application-related problems.
- Offer insights for problem management to avoid repetitive issues.
Requirements
Prerequisites:
- Language Proficiency: B2 level (English).
- Experience: Proven experience as a technical support agent with system diagnostics and resolution skills.
Key Skills:
- LAN Troubleshooting, Server Support, Desktop/Laptop Support, Network Support.
- Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Active listening, questioning, and independent issue resolution.
Educational Qualifications:
