Position Overview: Assistant Manager / Business Analyst – BI Developer

We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and forward-thinking Business Analyst with strong BI development experience. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the success of our analytics team by building and optimizing dashboards, managing complex queries, and developing real-time visualizations to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

✅ BI Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy, visual clarity, and performance efficiency in all deliverables.

✅ Data Analysis & Transformation

• Extract, transform, and load data (ETL) from various sources and perform advanced data modeling.
• Build scalable and reusable data structures, OLAP cubes, and reporting tools.

✅ Query & Issue Management

• Handle and optimize SQL queries to deliver quick and accurate insights.
• Manage incident tickets and service requests through ServiceNow.

✅ Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business Ops to understand requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✅ Testing & Documentation

• Conduct unit and integration testing for developed dashboards and tools.
• Maintain and update detailed technical documentation for all solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Postgraduate/MCA preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Qlik or any other major BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong SQL and database development experience (MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Solid grasp of data integration and ETL processes.
• Prior hands-on experience with ServiceNow or any query management tool.
• Excellent understanding of data visualization principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Sharp analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
