Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Java Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about software development and eager to work on Java-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust applications that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and perform performance tuning for Java applications.
- Maintain and update existing applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and development processes.
- Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
- Provide technical support and training to team members as required.
Required Skills
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Basic understanding of performance tuning.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork, and communication abilities.
Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E
Additional Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Japanese language skills at N4 or N3 levels.
- Location: Must be willing to work from Chennai, India.
