Deloitte Hiring Analyst | Hyderabad

We are seeking professionals with strong accounting and data management skills who aspire to build a career in the Finance field. As an Associate Analyst – Payroll, you will be part of the Data Maintenance team supporting critical payroll and employee lifecycle processes.

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

• Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Work You’ll Do

As part of the Data Maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing onboarding date changes in the Payroll Dashboard.
• Processing employee life cycle changes and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Supporting MIS for headcount reconciliation, payroll processing, and annual compensation activities.
• Coordinating and reviewing onboarding and separation processes, including loan and reimbursement collections.
• Handling payroll-related queries and ensuring data accuracy.
• Computing full and final settlements with adherence to strict timelines.
• Collaborating with HR operations, general ledger, and payroll teams for scheduled activities.
• Ensuring compliance with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance or related field).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to advanced).
• Knowledge of SAP HR systems and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and management reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to data privacy standards.
• Typing speed of 45–50 wpm and data entry rate of 7000 ksph with ≤5% errors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
