Role Summary
We’re seeking a Payroll Compliance Test Engineer to ensure the accuracy and compliance of payroll software development before release. This role involves designing, testing, and refining processes while collaborating with stakeholders to meet payroll compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test scenarios to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities.
- Update testing plans in alignment with new or revised policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of test scenarios, outcomes, and evidence.
- Communicate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to resolve development issues.
- Update and maintain the Product User Guide for allocated countries.
- Ensure an accuracy rate of 97% or higher in testing responsibilities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and creating test conditions for payroll processing software.
- In-depth knowledge of Payroll and HR legislation regulating payroll compliance.
- Strong ability to analyze business requirements in a development environment.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in software testing processes.
- Functional testing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
