Concentrix is seeking Representative, Operations professionals to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves interacting with customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, or online platforms to provide customer service and technical support. Candidates selected for Content Moderator roles will play a critical part in maintaining safe and positive online communities by reviewing and moderating user-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver service that meets contractual KPIs and quality standards.

  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and resolve queries using decision-support tools.

  • Listen attentively, show empathy, and build rapport with customers.

  • Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner using approved scripts/procedures.

  • Maintain working knowledge of client products/services.

  • Accurately document, track, and update customer accounts.

  • Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

  • Respond to inquiries using published resources or escalate complex issues to senior staff.

  • For Content Moderator roles:

    • Review and moderate sensitive content (text, images, videos).

    • Identify and flag abusive content, including but not limited to violence, extremism, pornography, ultra-graphic material, and content related to religious, sexual, or social behaviors.

    • Ensure reported content complies with client terms of service.


Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (as per job requirements).

  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and patient in customer interactions.

  • Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and work in high-volume environments.

  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setup.

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

  • Strong problem-solving and probing skills.
