Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Knowledge of frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, or AngularJS.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and Chrome DevTools.
Experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Cursor, etc.).
Experience with media queries and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
Multi-tasking and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in PHP/MySQL and AJAX (preferred).
Experience with WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify (preferred).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Availability to work 40 hours per week (9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST).
Reliable workstation with strong internet connection.

Roles and Responsibilities

Transform complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect HTML5/CSS3 templates.
Create responsive website designs.
Build and extend WordPress plugins and themes.
Optimize images using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Fireworks.
Work with version control systems like GIT or SVN.
Deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Manage multiple projects efficiently.
Maintain strong attention to detail in every task.

Education & Experience

We are open to candidates who demonstrate skill and passion, even if formal educational criteria are not met. Strong performance in our skills test is highly valued.

Compensation

California, New York, Washington, and Colorado: Starting base pay ranges between $17 – $35 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, test performance, and seniority. Compensation outside these states may vary.
