The Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Technical Data Analyst to join our growing team of passionate technologists, thinkers, and change-makers. You’ll work hands-on with Oracle PL/SQL, Python, and cutting-edge AI/ML tools to extract value from complex data sets and drive strategic decisions across departments.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Data Analyst, your day-to-day will be dynamic, challenging, and impactful. Your key responsibilities will include:

• ✍️ Developing and maintaining robust PL/SQL procedures for complex ETL operations.
• 🐍 Scripting in Python for data analysis, process automation, and reporting.
• 📊 Interpreting large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and outliers—delivering insights that drive key business outcomes.
• 🤝 Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, business, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• 🔐 Ensuring data integrity and quality standards are upheld across systems and reports.
• 📈 Designing and publishing interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
• 🧠 Researching and evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies to modernize data analysis processes.
• 💡 Proposing innovative approaches to solve complex data problems using machine learning, predictive modeling, or natural language processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who blend technical expertise with analytical thinking, and who can work with autonomy and vision. The essentials:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 🧪 0–2 years of professional experience in a similar technical data analysis role.
• 💾 Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL—complex queries, procedures, packages.
• 🐍 Proficiency in Python for scripting, analysis, and automation.
• 📊 Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• 🔍 A strong understanding of data structures, statistical analysis, and business intelligence techniques.
• 💬 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for various stakeholders.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
