The Role

Step into the role of Data & Analytics Analyst, where you will analyze and investigate financial transactions, identify potential risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard both clients and the organization with expertise and care.

Purpose of the role
Support the bank’s decision-making processes by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reports and dashboards that highlight KPIs and trends across business units.

Key Accountabilities

• Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Implement automated reporting processes for efficiency and timeliness.
• Translate business requirements into report content and formats.
• Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards to align with changing business needs.
• Develop robust processes and controls for collating data and obtaining approvals.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure up-to-date, high-quality data is incorporated into reporting.

• Understanding of risk, controls, and regulatory compliance in a banking environment.
