Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Java Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications and solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build software that’s scalable, reliable, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance Java applications.
• Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug code to ensure application reliability and uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, QA, and DevOps.
• Optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements.
• Document application workflows and architecture.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java (Java SE / Java EE)
• Experience with Spring Boot (microservices architecture a plus)
• Solid knowledge of MySQL – including query optimization, schema design, joins
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and other versioning/build tools
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend logic integration

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA)

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/GCP
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plus

• Salary: Competitive (Based on experience and skills)
• Probation Period: 3 Months
• Notice Period: 1 Month
