📋 Program Details

• Duration: 6 months

• Stipend: Competitive (as per Adobe norms)

• Work Model: Hybrid / Work from Office

• Shift Timings: Rotational (including night shifts)

• Evaluation: 3 rounds, including an online test

🔧 Role Overview

As an Associate Technical Product Consultant (Apprentice), you’ll work with Adobe’s Customer Engineering business unit, which onboards and supports Adobe Experience Cloud customers. You’ll gain exposure to:

• Providing timely and accurate technical support via calls/portal

• Troubleshooting complex product issues

• Acting as a customer advocate and collaborating with product teams

• Working on high-priority technical issues

• Creating product documentation, KB articles, and whitepapers

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

• BE/B.Tech or MCA with 6 months–1 year experience

• Strong communication skills (English – written & verbal)

• Analytical mindset & problem-solving skills

• Knowledge/experience in:

  • Frontend: HTML, AngularJS, React, JavaScript, CSS

  • Backend: Java, Java EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate

  • Exposure to PHP, Python, PySpark (preferred)

  • Web technologies: XML, XHTML, RESTful APIs

  • Database: SQL & queries on at least one DB

  • Operating Systems (multiple platforms)
