Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Software Engineer, your role includes:

• Designing & Building: Develop, test, assemble, configure, and support applications using cutting-edge tools and techniques.

• Designing test scenarios and creating test data
• Executing usability testing and reporting results
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure product quality

Eligibility Criteria

We welcome freshers from all over India who meet the following:

• Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT/Applications/Data Science)
• Passout Year: Up to 2024 batch eligible
• No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding
• Work Experience: Less than 23 months of full-time experience
• Must have completed the degree within standard duration (e.g., 4-year B.Tech in 4 years)
• 🇮🇳 Nationality: Indian citizen. Bhutan and Nepal nationals may work without a visa. Other foreign nationals need a valid work visa, OCI, or PIO card.

🔄 Candidates must not have attended Accenture’s selection process in the past 3 months.

Work Environment

• Must be flexible to relocate across India as per project needs
• Willingness to work in 24×7 shift rotations as per business requirements
