Role Overview
As a Trust & Safety New Associate, you will be at the forefront of online content moderation. This role is critical in keeping the internet safe and enhancing the digital experiences of users. You will work directly with user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio files, ensuring adherence to platform guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Analysis: Review, classify, and/or remove content in compliance with client guidelines using specific tools and channels.
- Policy Adherence: Stay updated on and strictly adhere to changing client policies and guidelines.
- Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex content issues and escalate as needed.
- User Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the online user community, ensuring fairness and objectivity.
- Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of content moderation processes.
- Training and Development: Engage in continuous training programs and discussions to optimize performance.
- Collaborative Engagement: Handle socially sensitive topics professionally to maintain a safe online environment.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Any graduation degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Strong academic record is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in content moderation, customer service, or related roles. Prior business process outsourcing experience is a plus.
Desired Competencies:
- Exceptional communication skills (English proficiency).
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Emotional resilience and stress-management capabilities to handle sensitive content.
- High affinity for internet platforms and online culture.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
