Job Description
- Understand the client’s business requirements to convert requirements into products
- Break down requirements into smaller components to develop product flow & configuration changes
- Have a deep understanding of design fundamentals for creating the product interface
- Work on the Low Code/No Code platforms, their functionalities, and integrations
- Collaborate with the Integration Engineer’s and SDE to work on the Engineering configurations and API Implementation & Integrations. Possess data analytics skills to solve complex problems.
- Recommend system enhancements and upgrades for performance efficiency.
- Coordinate with the team to optimize configuration processes.
- Troubleshoot configuration failures and issues in a timely manner.
- Develop process improvements to automate and streamline build processes.
- Review and recommend changes to the configuration management process.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
- He/She is required to grasp things quickly to have a deep understanding of the product/project which is a prerequisite for this role.
- To understand the requirements given by the Business Team and to be able to create project flows with the product tools.
- He/she is required to have the basic technical and programming knowledge.
- He/She should be familiar with json and Postman Tools and should be having a good understanding of APIs.
- Good documentation skills as well.
