As part of the Chargeback, Fraud Risk, and Channel Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and smooth financial operations within the e-commerce ecosystem. Roles and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the position include:
• Monitoring financial transactions in real time to identify unusual activities or potential fraud.
• Handling chargebacks raised by customers or banks and resolving disputes with accuracy and clarity.
• Conducting fraud investigations and escalating suspicious patterns to senior risk analysts.
• Ensuring that all documentation, reports, and records are maintained with high levels of accuracy.
• Working with compliance teams to ensure that all guidelines and company policies are followed.

Education Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any of the following:
• B.Com – Any Specialization
• B.B.A / B.M.S – Any Specialization
• BBA Finance or Business Administration
• Related commerce and business degrees
Postgraduates in relevant fields are also eligible:
• MBA / PGDM – Any Specialization
• M.Com – Any Specialization
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and basic understanding of financial transactions or digital payment systems are preferred but not mandatory.
