The Software Integration Team plays a critical role in ensuring that different software systems, platforms, and applications within an organization work seamlessly together. Their primary responsibility is to integrate diverse technologies and ensure smooth communication between systems to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

As an Associate Software Engineer – Merchant Integration, you will be providing support to our merchants in isolating, diagnosing, reproducing, and fixing technical issues in a timely manner. This role requires you to identify the root cause of product defects and offer quick resolutions in collaboration with our developers if necessary.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated, self-starting, and eager to learn. You should be passionate about resolving complex technical problems and ready to embrace challenges.

Responsibilities

– Work directly with developers, merchants, and internal teams on pre-integration/post-integration issues to provide technical support, consulting, and best practices.
– Address technical queries on payment APIs, plugins, and transactions.
– Communicate technical issues to merchants and internal departments.
– Provide timely resolution to merchants and assist them with Level 1 support using product knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
– Enhance the overall merchant experience by providing excellent technical support.
– Analyze logs to identify trends or underlying problems and escalate them to the product team when needed.

Requirements

– Batch 2024/2025 Preferred (B.Tech/B.E – CS/IT)
– Ability to explain complex information clearly to non-technical personnel.
– Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Up-to-date technical knowledge and good analytical abilities.
– Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Accurate record-keeping and proficiency in English (written & verbal).
– Knowledge in web development with one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, VB.NET, PHP, or Python (preferred).
– Any Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred).
