Requirements
- Solid understanding of compute fundamentals — operating systems, virtualization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms and their AI/ML services (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini, Dialogflow).
- Applied knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in ML model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Ray and understanding of model architectures (transformers, encoders, decoders) and accelerators (GPUs, TPUs).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support for AI/ML products and services hosted on cloud platforms.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ML model performance, API integrations, deployments, and infrastructure.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying and managing AI solutions using cloud tools like Vertex AI and Dialogflow.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, QA, and product teams to resolve technical challenges and influence product improvements.
- Document technical findings and contribute to internal knowledge bases and support materials.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning to support evolving client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in L2 technical support for AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with AI/ML product troubleshooting in cloud environments.
