In this Associate System Engineer role, you’ll be part of a delivery centre team, engaging in design, development, testing and support to build high-performing, maintainable software solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate System Engineer, you will:
• Collaborate with architects, team-leads and stakeholders to design, implement and support software applications across the full lifecycle — from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
• Analyse system failures or performance issues, validate root causes and propose enhancements or bug fixes.
• Participate in design, code implementation, unit and integration testing, release management and production support to ensure applications are high-performing, scalable, resilient and maintainable.
• Engage with internal or client-facing teams to understand business/technical needs, propose solutions, communicate progress and deliverables, and ensure quality customer service.
• Embrace continuous learning: stay abreast of new technologies (hybrid cloud, AI, DevOps, microservices), adopt best practices, and contribute to a culture of innovation.
Education & Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech/MSc/MCA or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related engineering discipline required.
• For entry-level / off-campus hires: graduation batch 2025 (or relevant depending on posting) with minimum 6.0 CGPA or 60% aggregate across all subjects (including electives) and no active backlogs.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and fluency in English.
Skills & Technical Requirements
• Programming proficiency (preferably in one or more of Java, C++, Python, Node.js).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts – design, coding, testing, release, maintenance.
• Analytical problem-solving skills: ability to break down issues, propose improvements, validate solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, collaborate across functions and adapt to change.
• Flexibility to work from anywhere in India as per business need (hybrid model).
