Job Description:

• Ability to communicate effectively – verbally and in writing – while interacting with internal peers, management, and other teams to build relationships and use facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Technical fluency in the following areas: Java, J2EE technologies stack (specifically, enterprise web), Object-Oriented Design and Development, Apache Ant, JUnit, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Struts, Hibernate, Servlets, XML, REST API, relational databases, and SQL (Oracle).
• Experience in working with version control systems like RTC.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Maven, WebLogic Server, Angular JS, Angular 5 (or above), and JavaScript, as well as other standard web technologies.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership in the deliverables they work on.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills continuously.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Required Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or related frameworks will be an added advantage.
