📌 Job Description

As a Graduate Trainee – Technical Support, you will be trained and deployed across multiple technical domains. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end troubleshooting of end-user services and network issues.

• Providing support for Outlook and Windows OS related issues.

• Coordinating with vendors for asset troubleshooting and warranty cases.

• Handling customer tickets, preparing SLA/performance reports, and participating in operations meetings.

• Offering on-call technical support and coordinating with field teams for onsite requirements.

• Installing, upgrading, and configuring operating systems and software.

• Conducting remote troubleshooting, change impact analysis, and emergency handling.

• Ensuring effective collaboration with vendors, cross-functional, and care teams.
