What You’ll Do

As part of the mthree Graduate Program, you’ll:

• Join one of our clients as an mthree Alumni, working on real-world technology projects.

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable, stable applications.

• Support global systems, including algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting platforms.

• Collaborate with international teams to solve critical business challenges.

What You Need

🎓 Degree: Computer Science, Technology, or related STEM field
📊 Academics: Minimum 60% aggregate, no standing arrears
💻 Skills:

• Strong programming (Java, Python, C, C++, etc.)

• Competitive coding exposure (preferred)

• Debugging & troubleshooting ability

• Solid grasp of data structures, OOP, design patterns, multithreading

• Understanding of SDLC & test-driven development
