Role Overview

We’re looking for passionate Software Engineers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates (2024 & 2025 pass-outs) and early-career professionals to build scalable, enterprise-grade software while learning from industry experts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and related technologies.

• Work on Spring Boot-based services and web applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Use Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) for version control and collaboration.

• Stay curious, learn continuously, and contribute to improving team practices.

• Adhere to established internal controls and standards.

Required Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Solid knowledge of Core Java (OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, etc.).

• Familiarity with Spring Boot framework.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Knowledge of Git for source code management.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SQL/relational databases.

• Awareness of Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with JUnit/Mockito or similar testing frameworks.

• Internship or project experience in Java-based applications.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (including internships & projects).

• For fresh graduates, only 2024 and 2025 pass-outs will be considered.
