HCLTech is hiring enthusiastic and skilled professionals for the role of Python Support Engineer. This is an entry-level position where you will provide technical support, troubleshoot, and maintain Python-based applications. You will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure smooth operations and deliver timely solutions.

Job Title: Python Support Engineer (Entry-Level)
Job Location: Chennai / Bengaluru
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years (Industry experience mandatory)
Interview Model: HackerRank & Hackathon
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Python-based tools and scripts.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.

• Monitor application performance and identify recurring problems.

• Work with development teams on bug fixes and enhancements.

• Document solutions, processes, and technical findings for knowledge sharing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Skillset: Strong knowledge of Python.

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT).

• Batch: 2023 & 2024 graduates.

• Academic Score: Minimum 60% throughout (10th, 12th, UG & PG if applicable).

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years of relevant industry experience (mandatory).

Important Note

• The official job title will be Python Developer, however, this is not a Developer role. The position is focused on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
