Cisco Apprentice Program

The Cisco Apprenticeship Program gives you a chance to gain corporate experience, learn industry-relevant skills, and prepare for your career. This is a fixed-term, 12-month training program under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).

Depending on your team, you will learn to perform some of the following roles:

1. Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee

• Assist in data analysis and data processing.
• Support the team with process execution on NYR activities.
• Work with stakeholders on account creation processes.
• Coordinate new programs or projects as needed.

2. Finance Analyst – Trainee

• Learn to document business requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Understand book-keeping processes through guided actions.
• Support daily team activities and tasks.
• Learn to use corporate tools to analyze data and generate insights.
• Conduct metrics analysis to provide actionable information for business decisions.

3. Logistics Operations – Trainee

• Receive and document incoming materials, ensuring accurate tax and invoice data entry in logistics systems (TMS/ERP).
• Issue and tag materials for inventory traceability.
• Assist with import/export paperwork, customs documentation, SEZ compliance, and E-waybill generation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly logistics reports for KPI tracking and audits.
• Support e-scrap and disposal processes with compliance documentation.

Who You Are

• Education: Completed a 3-year Non-Engineering degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, etc.).
• Graduation Year: 2025 with a Provisional Degree Certificate.
• Availability: 12 months, starting October 2025.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, proactive attitude, willingness to learn, team player, and problem-solving mindset.
• Mandatory: Must be enrolled as a student at NATS with a valid student enrollment number.
