Role Overview

As an Associate Engineer, you will collaborate with a team of talented professionals to design, develop, and deploy our secure, scalable, and reliable remote fitting solution — enabling WS Audiology to deliver remote care to customers worldwide. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career developers eager to grow their skills in modern software development.

What You Will Do

• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from backlog refinement to deployment.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews and automated testing.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with unit and integration tests.
• Gain hands-on experience in cloud services, mobile development, or frontend projects.

What You Bring

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and SOLID principles.
• Academic or personal project experience with .NET / C#.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn Azure, Microservices, mobile development (MAUI, Android, iOS), and React.
