As a CXQO Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the cutting-edge technology powering Amazon Go, Amazon Dash Cart, and Amazon One—pioneering retail experiences that let customers shop and checkout seamlessly.

Job Responsibilities

As a CXQO Associate, you’ll be expected to:

• Execute data collection tasks aligned with Amazon’s devices, services, or applications.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Identify areas of improvement and participate in process optimization initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team leads or managers to overcome blockers and report technical delays.
• Provide feedback and report tool or software issues to internal tech teams when necessary.

• Uphold strict confidentiality protocols, adhering to Amazon’s information security policies at all times.

Basic Qualifications (You MUST meet all to be considered)

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of experience in a contact center, data operations, or similar environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
• Must be physically located in Hyderabad and available to work from the Noida office if required.
• Must have valid PAN and E-Aadhaar documents.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will help you stand out:

• 🔍 Experience with data processing workflows or quality assurance in an operations setup.
• 🧠 Exposure to Lean/6 Sigma methodologies or root cause analysis.
• 🧾 A history of delivering performance KPIs in an operations role.
• 💡 Practical knowledge of operational trade-offs and process improvement practices.
