What You’ll Do
As a Software Engineer in Test – New Grad, you’ll join one of our Engineering Domains and be part of a team working on real-world software challenges. You’ll help develop automated test solutions, ensure the highest quality of our releases, and support our fast-growing product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA leads to understand product features and test requirements
- Design and implement automated test cases for web, mobile, API, and Windows applications
- Execute and document both manual and automated tests
- Identify, track, and report bugs and defects in the software
- Participate in test planning and development of test strategies
- Support regression testing during product development cycles
- Learn and apply best practices for software testing and agile methodologies
- Assist in maintaining testing environments and configurations
- Create documentation such as test plans and user guides as needed
Academic Background & Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field), graduating in 2026
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Understanding of Software Testing Fundamentals
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience using version control systems such as Git
Programming Languages & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language (Java, Python, or C++)
- Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Awareness of operating systems like Linux and Windows
- Familiarity with cloud technology concepts is a plus
Nice-to-Have Testing Knowledge:
- Understanding of unit, integration, system, and regression testing
- Awareness of test-driven development (TDD) principles
- Familiarity with software test techniques and strategies
- A critical eye for software quality and edge-case scenarios
- Ability to ask “what if?” questions to uncover hidden bugs and user issues
