Role Summary

As a Software Engineer I, you will contribute to designing, building, and deploying advanced software applications that serve mission-critical needs across various sectors. You’ll be part of cross-functional agile teams, working on high-impact products that empower organizations globally. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and business analysts to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve software development processes and recommend tools and enhancements.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for deployed solutions.

Qualifications

✅ Required (You Must Have):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C#, or Python.
• Hands-on experience in software development, debugging, and deployment.

• Master’s degree or advanced coursework in Software Engineering or related field.
