We are seeking a Management Trainee for our Client Services department, focused on our Event Management software product. You will either support clients via phone and email or implement event requirements using our software, sharing best practices along the way.

Our Client Services team includes over 350 professionals from diverse educational backgrounds, such as Computer Information Systems, Psychology, and Communications. We value bright, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support over phone and email by addressing product questions and technical issues.
  • Share best practice tips to help clients boost event attendance using Cvent’s marketing tools.
  • Collect and document client requirements for future product releases.
  • Create and maintain product documentation.
  • Manage the online portion of client events, implementing requirements in the software.
  • Review implementations with clients, make necessary adjustments, and offer improvement suggestions.
  • Document client communications in Cvent’s CRM system.
