As a Junior Software QA Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in the software lifecycle, working closely with developers and end-users to ensure high-quality applications that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and end-users throughout the software lifecycle.
- Conduct diverse testing methodologies, including manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases and plans.
- Peer-review test cases constructively to enhance team quality.
- Identify and report software defects and inconsistencies.
- Analyze and supplement requirement specifications to ensure 100% test coverage.
- Assist in executing acceptance test scripts with end-users.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience in manual testing of complex software applications.
- Exposure to automated testing is a plus!
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools and platforms.
- Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is advantageous but not required.
