Position Overview

SAP Adoption Services Centre (ASC) is hiring early talent to join its BTP Delivery@Scale team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about building cloud-native applications and supporting businesses to achieve optimal outcomes using SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).

• Role: Cloud Application Developer
• Location: Bangalore

• Batch Eligibility: 2024 or 2025 Graduates Only
• Experience Level: 0–1 Years

Key Responsibilities

As a Cloud Application Developer, you will:

• Learn and apply SAP BTP services such as SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, and integration services.
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications using SAP tools and frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support senior consultants and project teams in solution configuration and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, architects, and clients, to meet project goals.
• Engage in continuous learning via hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training programs.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to achieve project deliverables within timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electricals, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
• Basic programming knowledge in languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, including OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, REST APIs, or web development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• A keen curiosity to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred:

• Exposure to SAP systems or academic programs related to SAP.
• Knowledge of database concepts (SQL, HANA, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
