Job Description

Role Designation: Technical Support (L1.5)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1.5 technical support for service restoration and request fulfillment.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate across teams for best-effort resolution and escalations.
  • Proactively learn and develop technical skills to resolve application-related problems.
  • Offer insights for problem management to avoid repetitive issues.

Requirements

Prerequisites:

  • Language Proficiency: B2 level (English).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a technical support agent with system diagnostics and resolution skills.
Key Skills:
  • LAN Troubleshooting, Server Support, Desktop/Laptop Support, Network Support.
  • Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Active listening, questioning, and independent issue resolution.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Graduation is not mandatory.
