As a GET/PGET at Mahindra, you will:

Responsibilities
- Graduation Year: Candidates graduating in 2024 or 2025.
- Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a keen interest in the automotive/farm equipment industry.
- Mobility: Willingness to relocate to any of the specified work locations.
- Assessment: Successful completion of Mahindra’s assessment and interview process.
Education Requirements
- For GET: B.E/B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines.
- For PGET: M.E/M.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines.
- Eligible Disciplines: Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics, IT/Computer Science, Metallurgical, Paint Technology, Agriculture.
- Academic Criteria: Minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA till the current semester.
